It is a circular route that takes you through mountains, wonderful vineyards, cultivations and pastures.

The circuit is divided into 5 stages of an average of 60-80 km through secondary paths and roads. Each stage ends in a small town or village with luxury accommodation.

DAY BY DAY
Day 1 – Welcome Mallorca- Palma
Arrive in Palma and transfer to the hotel on your own.
The travel begins from Palma, it gives you the opportunity to discover the most attractive places and monuments of the island of Mallorca’s capital.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, in the traditional fishing district of Puig San Pere.
Just relax, take in the local lifestyle and enjoy the picture perfect scenery.
Our local representative will meet you at the hotel for your orientation in late afternoon.
Day 2 – PALMA TO CAMPANET VIA ALARO’
The bike ride start in the city and you will exit riding along long stretches of dedicated cycle lanes – a cycle path.
That is good so you will be north of Palma and take secondary road.
Distance 67 Km/ 42 miles.
Cycling is easy, rolling hills – pass very small village and after 40 km ride you can stop at Alarò in the placa de la vila.
Other 10 km and you will pass Lloseta and soon after Biniamar- perfect place for a lunch.
On very secondary roads you will arrive to Campanet and 2 km from the village is your accommodation, the hotel Agriturismo Monnaber Nou is a perfect base for cyclists –is considered the bike hotel of entire island- beautiful pool and spa to relax after this ride
Day 3 – LOOP TO POLLENÇA AND CAP FORMENTOR
Start your bike ride form Monnaber and ride in rural road to reach Pollença after 16 km, the town is a hub for cyclists, particularly popular with the British – Sir Bradley Wiggins has an apartment on the seafront – and is a good starting point to ease yourself into a long day in the mountains or to explore the flatter hinterland.
Across all the historic town by bike to continue the ride to Port de Pollença – from here start the challenge part of day: reach Cap de Formentor, the thin and rocky peninsula that forms the north side of the Badía de Pollença, and ends at the extreme northeast tip of the island of Mallorca.
You will ride until the lighthouse at the tip of the peninsula, enjoying the spectacular scenery along the way.
The shorter option and easier ride is to visit Alcudia the ancient roman capital, instead of go to Cap Formentor.
Distance 88 Km/ 55 miles or shorter option 56 km.
Back to you hotel and enjoy the spa.
Day 4 – CAMPANET TO SÓLLER
Ready for a challenging day of biking?
Much of today’s breathtaking hilly ride follows the spine of the Tramuntana range on the remote pristine western side of Mallorca.
Distance 53 Km/ 33 miles
Keep in mind that tomorrow’s routes are even tougher so save some energy!
Start out by pedaling along narrow, well paved roads—dedicated bike routes—into the countryside past picturesque farmland, windmills and dry stone walls.
Pass little village Muscari, Selva and Caimari about 12 km to warm up your muscles.
Now start the climb that bring you to Coll de Sa Batalla and Sanctuary Lluc, it is a secular national symbol, is an unexpected oasis of tranquillity, of spirituality, of artistic heritage (the Museum), of unspoilt countryside (the Tramuntana mountains and the Botanic Garden), and of Mallorcan cuisine .
You got it but you have 33 km more!
now continue until your reach Sóller, biking near the reservoirs of Gorg Blau and Cúber.
Anyway consider once you arrive at the peak of today- 1027 meters at cum km 37 you will enjoy 16 km downhill- passing the enchanting village of Fornalutx.
For avid biker: at km 29 you can extend and take the ride downhill- road called Sa Calobra
Arrive Soller! this town lies in a valley surrounded by the grey-green hills of the Tramuntana.
Enjoy your 5 star hotel with pool in the roof and go to savour a seafood dinner at one restaurant of main square.
Day 5 – LOOP TO COLL DE SÓLLER & VALLDEMOSSA
This morning before riding you can wander Soller’s peaceful often cobbled street, in the main square the gothic church with unusual Modernista facade.
The church’s candelabra like summit is visible from all over town.
Do not miss Sala Picasso & sala Mirò at train station, permanent art exhibition.
The loop proposed is a beautiful cycle ride, exiting Sóller inland to face soon the the climb of the Coll de Sóller.
Route packs in more than 1,000m of climbing, so is a great workout without spending all day in the saddle.
Coll de Soller is famous for its 61 hairpin bends.
One at the peak you enjoy the downhill to Bunyola village, continue easy ride until final uphill that leads you to the pretty town of Valdemossa – this is perfect stop for a lunch.
Now move to coastal road towards the artists town of Deià, admire the breathtaking scenery.
Back to Soller via the Coll den Bleda.
Distance 54 Km/ 34 miles.
Day 6 – ESTELLENCS & BANYALBUFAR
After fuelling up with breakfast, grab your bike and head north.
Tranquil roads take you toward terraced hillsides, dotted with quaint hamlets and windmills tucked among olive and fruit groves.
To continue, pedal down the coast, tracing the turquoise Mediterranean past stepped mountainside, spectacular cliffs and stop you in your tracks viewpoints.
You’ll want to take time off your bike to visit the wonderful towns along this route as well, including 10th-century Banyalbufar, whose verdant marjades – stepped slopes- lead gracefully to the sea.
Farther down the road, consider taking a break in charming Estellencs, which dates back to the Middle Ages and is known for its attractive stone streets, terraced plots of farmland, picturesque port and the remains of towers built to fend off pirates.
Back on your bike, turn inland and feel the sea still following you riding through the always changing landscape until you reach Andratax.
Leave the city at your back and take a narrow sea view road so stunning, Excapdella and Galilea look perfectly built in the natural landscape, from here it needs another small effort to face the last climb, a very narrow road in the wood that ends with a breathtaking downhill to Palma.
Distance 88 Km/ 55 miles – optional shortcut 48 km/30 miles
Day 7 ADIOS
You are free to depart at your leisure after breakfast.
You have time to wander in the historic buildings & Cathedral, our favourite things to see are the museu el Baluard, the Banys arabs.
