Day one was gravel roads through the Tuscan hills with stunning views (~65 km, 1,000 m); day two upped the ante with singletrack through the woods and a descent into Florence (~65 km, 1,000 m). Luigi and Sara make it — warm, fluent in English, and local, so you ride with a steady stream of stories about the area. One guides while the other supports, then they swap, so you get to know both. Excellent e-MTBs, flawless logistics, and lunches at simple, authentic trattorias with great food. We organised flights and transfers, Luigi and Sara at Bikeriding Tuscany organised a superb spa hotel (B&B) in Rapolano and provided four, customised one-day routes of 80-103k, plus Canyon Grizl gravel bike rental. Luigi and Sara provided an outstanding, friendly and caring service to ensure our trip was memorable and we could not have asked any more from them. Gigi aka Luigi had the bikes ready for us when we arrived with a wonderful guide Sara that Gigi call "a beautiful Lady" (she truly is) we had so much fun riding with her and she is extremely knowledgeable about the region , both are very proud of what they do and proud to be from Toscana. I strongly recommend this shop  that have all kind of bikes, road bikes gravel bike and E bikes.that come with  the excellent service they provide, they have all your biking needs well maintained and well organized.when you say good bye you leave like you know them for a long time.
